Digital Item Shipping
All digital items and services are sent by email, a delay may occur and check your junk, otherwise contact us to have the item returned. For digital services, one of our coaches will contact you by email within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Physical item
Only orders delivered by ground are accepted.
Transport costs are established according to rules which consider the volume, mass, number of items and/or amount of the order.
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when paying for their order. Delivery is normally made within 1 to 2 business days following processing of the order, but this time cannot be guaranteed by Predatorlans inc.
Dioa Fitness disclaims all liability in the event of a deadline not met due to an error on the part of the third party making the delivery.
Free collection at a Minotaure Nutrition branch.
In-store pickup is offered free of charge to all our online customers. This does not mean that the desired merchandise is automatically found at the selected store, but rather that we will ensure it is sent there within 5 to 10 business days.
